This notice explains how A2 SoftwareLab handles information submitted through this website.
Contact submissions
When you send a project brief, we collect your name, email address, optional company, project selections, message, source page, and submission time so we can respond and manage the enquiry.
Security and abuse prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile validates submissions. We use short-lived, salted hashes of network and email identifiers to apply rate limits. Raw IP addresses and Turnstile tokens are not stored with your message.
Retention
Contact submissions are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. Rate-limit records are retained only as long as needed to enforce short abuse-prevention windows.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics remains disabled unless you choose “Allow analytics.” Analytics events never include names, email addresses, company names, or project-message content. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer at any time.
